Common Hawk Cuckoo ... common hawk-cuckoo (Hierococcyx varius),
popularly known as the brainfever bird, is a medium-sized cuckoo
resident in the Indian subcontinent, common hawk-cuckoo occurs in most
of the Indian subcontinent, from Pakistan in the west, across the
Himalayas foothills, east to Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh and south into
Sri Lanka.
